Once you have decided you are ready to take the steps to reach your full potential, you will have the opportunity to search for coaches that might be a good fit for your goals and activities. You will have the ability to contact a coach on our secure platform to set up an initial conversation. If the coach has availability that matches your needs, the process of setting up your Self-Leadership training can begin.

Once you complete the entire year-long program successfully, you will not need to take the program again because you will have learned the process and you will have the mobile app on your phone. You will always be able to set new goals and use the ARITAE program to help you set and reach those goals.
You can, however, sign up for additional time with an ARITAE Coach, especially as you set new goals or come to a crossroads in your life that might benefit from one-on-one time with your ARITAE Coach.

There is a cost to the program, but the price varies depending on if you plan to have Individualized Coaching, Group Coaching, or are part of an established Team. Throughout the ARITAE website, there are places for you to inquire about additional information.

When you complete the ARIATE Leadership Academy, you will receive a certificate of completion. It is suggested that you keep an electronic copy of the certificate to attach to job or college applications in your future.

The ARITAE program is available online and via a mobile app. You will be able to work through the steps of the program on your computer or phone. Before your first session, you will be sent a Playbook that you can use instead of or in conjunction with the app. You will be given a login for your personalized program so you can work on your modules at your convenience.
